Terms and Conditions

 By using my services you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you should not request my services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age. You warrant that you are 18 years or above.

Payment

All payments shall be made in GBP Sterling.

Bookings

Time Zones – I am based in the South of England UK

Please check your local time at the time of booking. Refunds are not given nor alternative dates or time offered if you fail to arrive at the appointment time.

Rescheduling / cancelling appointments – We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Refunds are not given.  We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreeable time.

Face to face readings – Full payment is due at the time of booking, via my website

In the event that I have to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative date and time. If this is not possible then a refund will be offered or can be used towards a reading or another workshop / course.

Online readings – Full payment is due at the time of booking, via my website.

You should ensure that you have a stable internet connection and appropriate access to Skype or Zoom if you require an online reading no refunds can be given where a reading is not possible due to your poor internet connection or lack of access to Skype or Zoom.

A Zoom link will be sent to you approximately 48hrs before your session is due. Please check the time zones if you are outside of the UK.

Workshops/classes in person – Full payment is due at the time of booking, via my website

In the event that I have to cancel a course or workshop you will be offered an alternative date and time. If this is not possible then a refund will be offered or can be used towards a reading or another workshop / course.

Online workshops / classes – Full payment is due at the time of booking, via my website.

You should ensure that you have a stable internet connection and appropriate access to Skype if you require an online workshop or course no refunds can be given where a session is not possible due to your poor internet connection or lack of access to Skype or Zoom.

A Zoom link will be sent to you approximately 48hrs before your session is due. Please check the time zones if you reside outside of the UK

Sometimes a reader is unable to 'read' for the questioner (person seeking a reading) for a variety of reasons. They could be having a bad day, feeling unwell, etc.   Occasionally its simply the wrong reader for you as a questioner. In this instance there is no charge and any monies paid are fully refundable.

Confidentiality

The parties both agree that the content of any reading shall be treated as confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without the other’s consent, unless disclosure is required by law.

My services are given purely for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as advice on decisions or life choices and no guarantees can be given. You remain responsible for your life choices and decisions and I accept no liability for any losses you may incur if you act on a reading.

I am not qualified or allowed to give legal, financial, medical or any other advice.  Use your discretion if you think professional advice is necessary and seek it from the appropriate and qualified professional.

Products

We aim to pack and ship all physical products with 3 days of receipt of your order. The majority of overseas items are mailed as tracked shipping. The exception to this is dragon posters, which are sent First Class Royal Mail.

The information within the book and the cards are not to be treated as an alternative or substitute for professional advice, whether medical, financial, legal or anything else. Always seek the appropriate professional help.

Any use of the information contained herein is used solely at the discretion and risk of the reader and user.

Neither the author nor artist can be held responsible for any damage, loss, or claim arising out of the use (or misuse) of the content within the book and the cards. 

You may not reproduce part or all of the Dragon Path Oracle Cards without my consent.

The GDPR

Your information such as your name, contact details and other personal information will be stored on a password protected computer. We will not sell or pass your personal information onto anyone or company.

Your information is stored purely for managing your order/your participation on a workshop, for us to be able to contact you regarding information about your order/participation on a workshop, or for us to inform you of other events we feel maybe of interest to you.

You have the right to request what we have stored about you.

 Applicable law

The contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding that the questioner may be resident elsewhere.
