When paying for your retreat, there are two options to choose from:
Paying in full (early bird discount ends 30th April)
Interest free four stage payments (£250 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. We will then email you monthly invoices)
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final cost.

all workshops
all meals and drinks

Deposit and Payment
Prices are all per person and in pounds sterling. A deposit of £250.00 is required to secure your place and is non-refundable.
Invoicing
If you choose either the payment plan or stage payments, you will be sent an invoice seven days before your payment is due. Please check your junk and spam inboxes in case it ends up in there. You are responsible for paying your invoice on time.
Cancellation Policy
From the moment your retreat space is booked, and your deposit has been processed, we begin to incur costs. If you wish to cancel your place this must be done in writing either via email or post. Postal cancellation must be sent to us recorded delivery. Please also note that if you fail to make any of your payments by the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and the cancellation charges below apply.
If you decide to cancel for any reason, you forfeit your deposit.

60 days or less before the retreat you lose your deposit plus 100% of all money paid
61 - 90 days before the retreat you lose your deposit plus 75% of money paid
91 - 120 or more days before the retreat you lose your deposit plus 50% of money paid
